Here you will find the most frequently asked questions and answers about your car rental.
Our mini bus will be waiting for you at PARKING 5 of the Airport to transfer you to our office (5 minutes away).
There, after you complete your car rental agreement and the reservation payment, you will be ready to leave with your rental car in a few minutes.
You can pickup or drop off your rental car at other parts of Thessaloniki, such as the city centre, the Port, Railway station or your hotel, for 12€/route. This service is available for some parts of Halkidiki, too. You can send us an email (info@allride.gr) or message us on WhatsApp/Viber (+30 6946940402) to arrange it.

Payment methods available:
-Via our website (by credit/debit card or PayPal)
-At pick up (by credit/debit card or in cash)
You will receive a booking confirmation by email immediately after completing the reservation via our website.
ALLride offers you a fully comprehensive insurance package without excess or the need of a deposit, for free. In case of an accident you will not be charged with extra cost but you have to inform ALLride immediately, follow our staff’s directions and not leave the scene of the accident.

When the customer makes a reservation for a specific car category, it does not necessarily mean that the reservation made is for the specific car shown in the picture of each category. ALLride has the right to provide you an equivalent or higher value vehicle, at no extra cost, in case the other categories are fully booked.
Please present your driver’s license (valid for at least 2 years) and your ID or passport on the day of your arrival. The same applies for the 2nd driver. In case of missing documents, there is no rent obligation and no refund of payments already made.
The minimum age of the driver is 23 years and the maximum 72, at the start of the rental. In any case, there must be a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
Drivers up to 2 years younger (21 years old) or older (up to 74 years old) can still rent a car, with an extra charge of 5€ per day.
The vehicle must be returned at the fuel level specified in the rental agreement. If the vehicle is delivered with a lower fuel level than it was received the value of the missing fuel will be charged.
Along with your rental car, you can also book some extra features, such as:
– A Child Seat, according to the child’s weight (3€/day).
– A Navigation Device (GPS) in all European languages (3€/day).
– Snow Chains (3€/day)
– All-Plus Insurance for minor damages which are not included in the full insurance package (damage to the antenna, tires, mirrors, underbody, glass) (2€/day)
You can cancel your reservation free of charge. Simply send the cancellation to us by email at: info@allride.gr
In case of prepayment bank fees for any bank transaction may apply, and in this case you will be charged the extra cost.
Please be sure that you will inform us about the cancellation as soon as possible.
It is allowed to travel by ship, but ALLride must always be informed. The customer is fully liable for any damage caused during shipping.
Crossing the Greek boarders is NOT allowed.
